Susan John began her legal career at H&R in 2022 as an associate with the Workers Compensation Division. Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Education and French, from the DePauw University. After graduating undergrad, she joined Teach for America-Nashville as a sixth grade math and ESL teacher and earned her Masters in Education from Relay Graduate School of Education. In 2021, she earned a Juris Doctor from DePaul University. She is a member of Chicago Bar Association and Women’s Bar Association. She also volunteers her time as a mentor/advisor with the Alpha Chi Omega, Inc. Susan is admitted to the Illinois Bar and focuses 100% of her practice defending employers and carriers in workers' compensation litigation.
