Rubina Khaleel was a member of several prestigious Omaha law firms and managing partner for a national law firm before joining H&R in 2015 when she opened the firm’s Nebraska/Iowa office, where she serves as managing partner. In addition, Rubina serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board’s executive committee for the University of Nebraska College of Law and is a former member of the Nebraska Federal Practice Committee.
Rubina earned a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry with a minor in political science from Carroll College and Montana State University respectively. Rubina earned a Juris Doctor, from The University of Nebraska College of Law.
Rubina is admitted to the Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri Bar. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, including having tried multiple jury trials as both first and second chair as well as numerous bench trials and has appeared before the Nebraska Supreme Court. Rubina was born in the Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania but was raised in beautiful Montana and currently resides in Omaha, Nebraska, with her husband, Scott, and their son, Zane.
