Randall (Randy) W. Schroer started his law career in 1986. In 2019, he opened the firm's Overland Park (Kansas City metro) office, where he serves as managing partner. Randy earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri in 1981 and his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 1986. He is admitted to the Kansas Bar and Missouri Bar. He focuses 100% of his practice defending employers, insurers, and third party administrators in workers' compensation from the filing of the claim through the trial and appellate levels of the litigation process. Randy, a Kansas City area native, resides in Overland Park, KS with his wife, Joni.
