Patrick Mack devoted his career to defending employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation cases. He is the Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Litigation Practice Group for Nebraska and Iowa at Hennessy & Roach, PC. Patrick is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska & Iowa and has defended employers and insurance carriers in each state throughout his career. Patrick has experience in all forms of workers compensation litigation including complex appeals having argued before several appellate bodies including but not limited to the Nebraska Supreme Court. Patrick earned his Juris Doctor from the Creighton University School of Law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, in Political Science from Washburn University and was a member of Washburn University’s football team. Patrick is the current President of the Nebraska Claims Association. In the past, he has served on the board of directors for the local Claims Litigation Management (“CLM”) Chapter. For the past 8 years, Patrick has been included on the Super Lawyers Great Plains Rising Star List. Only the top 2.5% of attorneys in each jurisdiction are included in the list.
