Nicholaus Q. Rush began his legal career at H&R as a law clerk in 2022. Nich is a current licensed member of both the Nebraska Bar and Iowa Bar specializing in Workers’ Compensation Defense. Nich earned a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with concentrations in the Business Transactions and Employment Law. While attending law school, Nich clerked for legal organizations specializing in Business Transactions, Formation, Governance, and Employment Law while also coaching club sports. Additionally, Nich performed research and outreach through clinical work by providing resources for small businesses and entrepreneurs, specifically Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment Insurance learning modules.
