Mitzi Heniff Westerhoff began her legal career at H&R in 2007. She became a partner in 2015. Mitzi earned a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Science and Philosophy, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She earned a Juris Doctor from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago Kent College of Law. While in law school, Mitzi earned a certificate in international human rights studies from the University of Ireland. Mitzi has been a member of the Chicago Bar association and Illinois State bar Association. She focuses 100% of her practice defending employers and carriers in workers' compensation litigation.
