Marc Prendergast is a Partner with Hennessy & Roach, in Chicago, Illinois. He handles a wide variety of matters for the firm including general liability cases involving auto liability, premises liability, breach of contract, trucking litigation, product liability, construction liability, subrogation, 5(b) lien recovery, employer liability claims, and residential real estate transactions. He handles all phases of the litigation process. Marc has first chaired several successful bench trials, second chaired successful jury trials, successfully defended claims for his clients at arbitration hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and has drafted and argued many substantive motions in courts throughout Illinois and Federal Court. Working closely with his clients to determine the most effective strategy, Marc engages in alternative conflict resolutions such as arbitration and mediation. Prior to joining Hennessy & Roach, P.C. as an attorney, Marc attended law school at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law part-time while working at Hennessy & Roach as a law clerk full-time.
