Justin Power has practiced in state and federal courts in Illinois since 1985. He represents individuals, corporations and condominium associations in personal injury, construction defect and commercial matters. Mr. Power’s areas of practice include premises liability, product liability, transportation loss, breach of contract and defamation. He has experience in handling all aspects of litigation including jury trials; administrative hearings; arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He has numerous jury verdicts in state and federal court. He has also handled prosecution and defense of appeals in Illinois appellate courts. Mr. Power is licensed to practice in Illinois and is a member of the trial bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
