My experience has included representing large and small Employers in labor and employment law matters such as confronting union organizing campaigns; defending against unfair labor practice charges at the NLRB; collective bargaining negotiations; defending employment discrimination charges in court or before state or federal agencies; developing employee handbooks; responding to OSHA investigations; and advising Employers concerning day-to-day personnel issues.
