Jeffrey N. Powell is the Managing Partner of the Brentwood, Tennessee office at Hennessy & Roach, P.C. At H&R, we defend workers’ compensation and general liability claims in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. Jeff focuses on defending workers’ compensation claims in Illinois and Tennessee. He has tried numerous cases at the arbitration levels in Illinois and Tennessee. He has also successfully argued in front of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, Circuit Court, and Appellate Court.
