Jeanne is a Partner with Hennessy & Roach, P.C., in Indianapolis, Indiana and is the Co-Chair of the Transportation and Logistics Practices Group. A native of Indiana and former Judge in Indiana State Court, she handles a wide variety of matters for the firm including general liability defense in cases involving trucking, automobile, premises, retail businesses, products, construction, subrogation and intervening petition claims. Jeanne also defends workers compensation cases. She handles all phases of the litigation process, including substantive motions, arbitration hearings, mediations, jury trials and appeals. Jeanne has enjoyed oral argument in both state and federal courts, the Indiana Court of Appeals, and the Indiana Supreme Court. She is a member of the Trucking Lawyers Association (TLA), and has been an active trial attorney for 33 years.
