Guy is a partner in our Chicago Office and focuses his practice on the defense of Illinois Workers’ Compensation claims. He is a 1991 graduate of Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, where he received a B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration (cum laude). He received his Juris Doctor from the University Nebraska College of Law in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1994, and was named the Outstanding Civil Clinic Student (1993-94). Guy is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois (1994), and before the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois (1994). He is a member of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Law Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and served on the ISBA Workers’ Compensation Law Section Council from 2016 to 2020. Guy is a frequent lecturer at client seminars regarding Worker's Compensation matters in Illinois and has also written several articles for the ISBA Workers’ Compensation Newsletter.
