Ashley Fischer-Foxall began her legal career with Hennessy and Roach in 2020. In her former home state of California, Ashley received a Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University and a Master of Arts in English, which was conferred cum laude. While there, she was inducted into the Alpha Chi Honor National Honor Society in recognition of her excellence in general scholarship and Sigma Tau Delta in recognition of her achievements in the study of the English language. She then relocated from California to Lincoln, Nebraska, where she attended the University of Nebraska College of Law. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 2018, which was conferred with distinction. She serves on the advisory board of the Omaha chapter of the Claims and Litigation Management Society. Ashley’s primary area of practice consists of defending insurance carriers and their insureds in workers’ compensation cases and she has experience in multiple areas of civil litigation.
